Sales Terms
- A deposit is required to hold horses. Deposits are non-refundable.
- Prices and availability are subject to change at any time.
- Carefree Miniatures reserves the right to refuse a sale at any time.
- Horses are sold at a first come first serve basis.
- ALL horses purchased will come with a current health certificate and coggins.
- Shipping fees and arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Horses are sold with NO guarantees unless stated in the sales contract.
- Two weeks free board is given to allow transportation arrangements. After two weeks board will be charged, $10 a day (stall).
- Farrier, vet and any other fees are the responsibility of the buyer after purchase.
- Horses are available for pre-purchase inspection or exam prior to purchase at the buyer’s expense.
- We accept cash, personal checks and credit cards. Personal checks must clear before the sale horse will be allowed to leave the property.
- International transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer
